When do you rehearse?
Every Monday 6 pm - 9 pm - and we rehearse Sunday's when we are approaching a show

Who can join?
Anyone can join BMTC regardless of experience, you just have to be over 18 years old!

Do I have to audition?
If you want a main part in one of the shows, you will have to audition (these will either be in-person or self tapes), and everyone will attend an in-person dance audition.

Do I have to be on stage to be involved?
Not if you don't want to! We have creative teams (directors, choreographers, musical directors etc) as well as stage crew (stage manager, technicians etc) and we always have members work on set, costumes and props etc.

Do I have to pay to be a member?
There isn't a membership fee but there is a show or showcase fee which will be communicated for each production. If you are struggling with show or showcase fee please click here for details on our bursary or contact our Welfare Officer Ellie (elliebmtc@gmail.com)

Do I have to do every show?
No, you can opt which shows/showcases you take part in!

Are there any social events?
Yes, we have regular socials which range from trips to the pub to karaoke to larger events.

Do I have to do all three (singing, acting and dancing)?
No, we have members who don't like to sing or dance and can opt not to
